Joseph Coleman
Project Manager / Owner

Joseph Coleman started working in construction at the age of 8, going to work with his father, servicing heavy dirt construction equipment. While working in the building construction field during and after high school, he quickly set a goal to one day own a company where his name was on the door. Joe continued to grow in his construction knowledge as he moved around the west coast. He worked in Oregon building schools; he worked in hospitals in the Bay area building modular furniture; in Lake Tahoe he worked for an electrical contractor.

In 1983 Joe moved to SoCal and laid down roots as he began working for his brother’s general contractor company as a project manager/superintendent. It was here that Joe learned about the minute details that go into a dialysis facility. In 1990, with his wife by his side, Joe decided to venture out on his own. He saw his dream materialize when he started Golden Construction. Using his vast array of construction background, Joe was able to focus in on his specialized knowledge of dialysis clinics where he “builds life” every single day. Joe believes his father set him up for success by teaching him the importance of a great work ethic, although, his desire to take care of his clients with personal attention to their needs may also have something to do with it.

Jason Coleman

Jason grew up in the construction field, often going to work with his father as a child. After high school he joined the Golden Construction team as a laborer. His appetite for construction quickly grew and he began asking for more responsibility, seeking out training for more construction knowledge. Being confident as a superintendent, Jason began running the jobs as a project manager, all while continuing to be the superintendent as well.

Jason Coleman

It didn't take long for the work load of the estimator, project manager, and superintendent proved to be too time consuming for one person. He has now moved to a full time position as an estimator/project manager leading his team from start to finish on simultaneous projects. Jason has helped developed many systems and programs within Golden Construction that has expanded our services and allowed us to better serve our clients.
